In the mid 90's, when Prince was in dispute with Warner, they finally got round to doing a very limited release of this previously unreleased LP, which would have been sandwiched in between "Sign 'O' The Times" & "Lovesexy". Prince famously pulled it at the 11th hour, as he thought it was 'too dark' - and it is his highness at his dark, Funky best. Standouts are "Bob George", "Cindy C" & "Superfunkycalifragisexy". Essential!

Sleeve has some creases round the edges.
