John McBain, a member of Monster Magnet and a participant in stoner ground zero project The Desert Sessions, made Accidental Soundtracks Vol. 1: The Alpha Particle as the result of a dare: complete one song a day. What came out is an 80s-ish synth extravaganza, perfectly suited to accompanying some non-existent action flick. Out on God Unknown Records.
