This 2013 reissue from Captured Tracks under their Fantasy Memory subsidiary reveals that the project was the concoction of Ralph “Von” Richtoven, a Bremen club DJ, and produced by dubmaster Dennis Bovell in Kraftwerk’s Cologne studios.
